Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust 3T’s project – MTS Procurement and Logistics Management

MTS has project managed and commissioned all of the equipment for Brighton 3Ts.

MTS worked with the Brighton University Hospitals NHS Trust preparing for the procurement installation and commissioning of the equipment ready for the opening in 2023. MTS had an extensive team on site advising on programme; costs; tendering and liaison with the Trust procurement team; Room sign off and budget and programme control.
