Thanks to the investment of its parent company Sodexo, MTS has introduced an Employee Assistance programme for all employees. This service provides essential mental health support when people need it most.

Over 13 million working days are lost every year to stress-related illnesses.

We are removing the mental health stigma around mental health with an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety are believed to trigger 70% of doctor visits and 85% of serious illnesses. We offer this service free of charge to our employees. We also have a Mental Health First Aider at MTS. This service provides a confidential space to talk with BACP-accredited counsellors.
